All the Bible verse you cited are correct but your interpretations is based on your misumderstanding.
In Matthew 23:8-8 Christ is said to prohibit calling ANYONE on EARTH 1. a teacher 2.father,3. Master.
If you take that as literal then it follows that you can not even call someone who teach a “teacher”,or you as a” Mister” or a” Master” for you cannot be a Mistress either. Neither you can call your father as a “father”.
Jesus used hyperbole in Matthew 23:8-9. Jesus employed type of teaching to make his point but he did not literally forbade to call other humans these,” master, father ,teacher”.
Remember Christ said, if your eyes sinned the you have to pluck it out as it is better to have no eyes than to have eyes but you will go to hell?

Please read Bro Eli’s , “East to the West”, it has tones of flaws.
Anyone who has common sense should be able to detect his aim to push himself or wanting glorify himself. Imagine he placed himself at the centre of a prophecy!!! That is delusion grandeor, if not that is a BIG LIE. Well, it could be both.
Mention of , from the east to the west is not a movement of direction, rather extent of the promised of salvation which literally mean all the earth, all nations, all people. Note that in Malachi 1:11,it says “in every place” hence not just literally east and west but it includes the south and north. Remember that Christ commanded his disciples to teach all nations, starting from Jerusalem and then to the Gentiles. The fact that if you are not an Israelites it means that you are a Gentile. Hence, everyone is a Gentile,all nations aside from Israel are Gentiles.
If you get this right, then all Bro Eli’s arguments collapses and nothing else remain relevant. If his claim about this prophecy falls, his claim of authority is baseless and mere delusion.
I challenge bro Eli to debate me on this topic. We could start it on his blog. It would be ideal as we could read it again and again. I agree to you to some degree, a founder/father of church should be man enough to accept that he is the true founder of it. Like a father should name his son after his appellation. Manalo should be called,Iglesia ni manalo after all he is the founder of it. Historically and Biblically speaking Christ or God did not came to estanlish it. For example he use the verse saying that we should not call someone FATHER to point out that priests are wrong. But he neglect the fact the Abraham is a man and yet God said, you will be the spiritual father of all who believe in God.

By reading Romans 4:11-18, because of Abraham’s faith, God promise him that his seed will inherit the kingdom of God.

If it was used by God to address men and in similar way apostles did the same describing themselves as “fathers”, Is God confuse? Are the apostle diobeyed Christ?

The arguments I had laid with Kazzie is simple, just answer the question, and there is no contradiction on that. Because if you are correct, how come you understand some of the commandment and follow those, such as respect your parents, love your enemy, etc. Biblically, there are God’s ways we cannot comprehend for now but in the end He will let us to understand.

So if you carry not the word of God, but doctrine came from men, you will lose this war. Try to asses your present affiliation, read the Bible and compare. Listen to your priest, ask questions, also listen to Bro. Eli and ask questions. Compare and investigate!

Let me give a scenario which you could see how you were deceived.
Let say you were born in 1890’s and at that time there were already hundreds of cults and sects roaming around preaching with the use of the Bible.
Using the Gospels they will come to you, then you noticed that they are teaching different from one another on the same topic. Now, here is the difficult part, they asked you to cleave on to the Truth of the Gospel for in this way you are received to be a members of the Church of God in the Bible. Lets say there are 10 of them, how would you determine other than their argument that you should cleave on to the Gospel if all of them use that kind of argument?

We should remain/cling/stay in the Church of God which is the foundation of truth.
This Church is not imaginary,it is compose of people, as the word implies from Greek word “ECCLESIA” which means people who are called out by God.
If you cling/cleave then you have to be part of it in both physical and spiritual sense. Yes, you have to cleave to the Gospel because the Gospel is the message of Christ Love and salvation which is being preachs by His Church.

However, the problem that we are in concern here WINNIE is not about the apostles but about the establishment of your wretched chruch that caused uproar by forcing the original Christians to convert to your false religion and deceived many. A person like Bro. Eli Soriano is also a trustworthy people who diligently follows Lord Jesus Christ’s doctrine and preaches the same. It just that for many, it is hard to accept that there is somebody sent by God to preach the gospel (and happened to be our fellow Filipino), they will gripe instead, just the same as you are doing.
Anyway Bro. Eli in his 48th years of service to God and fellow men, brought again beautiful gift from God by preaching His (God) words to the congregation last April 5-7, 2012, in International Thanksgiving to God. On my head wishing you and Odan were present in any coordinating centers near you to hear such wonderful wisdoms. Lucky are those visitors came to hear those magnificent wisdom and spend time with the Lord.
Coming April 16, 2012 you are again invited to attend ADD Mass Indoctrination in nearest ADD coordinating center. It is better to try than never at all.

I agree with you that God’s word is truth, the ultimate truth. And if that “else” you are mentioning are quoting words not written in the Bible, what will I think of that “else”. There are too many “else’s” who proclaim themselves as God’s follower, but when you investigate, they actually follow not God’s will/commandments, they follow their own doctrines.
As Bro. Eli said above, God’s word is truth, and it is simple. Let us not complicate it. I hope you will listen more to Bro. Eli to find the truth.

Someone has to speak His words for you to hear it, in Jn 3:34 it says, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.”
That’s why it was written in 1Jn 4:1 to His beloved “believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

There were scriptures during the time of Jesus and the Apostles. Like the Pharisees, they were so well versed because they read. They thought they were so wise that they wouldn’t listen to the Lord Jesus.

Actually quoting verses is not the same as understanding the verses. Bro. Eli understand and he quotes. Anybody can quote verses. I can quote verses, the question is, will I understand it. I’d been reading the Bible since I was in high school, but most of them I cannot understand. That’s why I still doing those things which do not follows God’s will. Until I heard Bro. Eli, only then I understand and thanks be to God for that. If not explained by Bro. Eli, I cannot understand such verses.

Baptist had Bible. Born again had their Bible.Catholics also have their Bible. Almost all self-proclaimed Christians had their Bible, are they all true Christians? Do they follow commandments of Lord Jesus Christ? Are their leaders teach what is need to teach to their members?
2Pe 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
I am not misapplying verses here, when the Bible said, God will sent a preacher, He will, for us to understand. Bible will not speak or walk by its own, someone must do the task to preach.
