The Bible has the Highest Morality Code

I do not just say that the Bible is a book of the highest standards of moral. It is what the book says and the book itself can prove it. There are so many books regarding moral that now exist in the world. But the Bible is above them all. And it can be proven by the teachings of the Bible.

We do not refute that there are other books that teach morality and there are other religious books regarded as sacred by those people who believe in them who teach also morality. But why do I say that the Bible is a book of the highest form of morality there is that exists on earth? First of all, the Bible is a book wherein the words of God are written. Of course not all the words in the Bible are the words of God, but there are specific words of God in the Bible, and those are very much discernable because the Bible says so. Whenever there is a quotation coming from God, you will be familiarized with the introductions of all the Bible writers before they write the sacred words of God: “And God said,” “Thus God said,” “God said,” “The Lord spake unto,” etc. So if we read closely, the Bible is a book that contains pronouncements from God Himself. This is proven by the Apostle Paul in Hebrews 1:1-2, which reads –

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;”

The verses clearly state that God has spoken unto the fathers in diverse manners and times and places and has spoken unto us in these last days by sending His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ, during His ministry on earth, said in the book of John 12:49

“For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.”

So, the pronouncements of the Lord Jesus Christ are words of God. Now, how do we discern, how do we know that the word came from God? There is a very distinct quality of the word of God in the Bible. In the book of Proverbs 8:8-9 we read –

“All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.”

So there is nothing perverse, there is nothing wrong, no contradiction whatsoever with the words coming from the mouth of God. Another distinct quality of the word of God was preached by the Apostle Paul in I Thessalonians 2:3-4

“For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.”

We must, at this juncture, notice what the Apostle Paul said, that as they were trusted by God to speak they speak. And what they speak is not of uncleanness, deceit or guile. Meaning, the words of the Lord are without deceit, without uncleanness or guile. They are simple, straightforward truth containing no contradictions whatsoever. Another quality of the word of God is in the book of Hebrews 4:12

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

On verse 13 it says –

“Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”

Meaning, the word of God in the Bible is quick or alive; it is powerful, it is sharper than any two-edged sword, and it pierces to the hearts and thoughts. It knows the thoughts and hearts of men. And no human secret cannot be made manifest by the power of the word of God. By these qualities we will know if what we are reading in the Bible, or in any other book that was written on this earth, are the true words of God or not. The word of God works. In the book of I Thessalonians 2:13, the Apostle Paul said –

“For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.”

It is clear in the verse that the word of God is not just like the word of man, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually works unto you that believe. So the power of the word of God is manifest unto the believers. It works among the believers. It does things to those that believe. And what the word of God can do is manifest among the believers. And what does it do? In the book of James 1:21

“Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.”

The word of God is powerful to blot out all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness in a man. It renews a creature. The word of God has a power to renew; it regenerates and it is proven among those who believe. Let us read in the book of I Peter 1:23

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.”

The word of God is able to make a man a new being. It is an agent by which a man can be born again. It is likened in the Bible to a seed which is not corruptible. Nobody can corrupt it. Nothing can corrupt the word of God. After knowing all these things, let us analyze from the written word of God in the Bible the morality that is being taught by God’s words. In the Bible it says, in Matthew 19:5-6

“And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”

I want you to please notice the word twain, or two. A man shall cleave to his wife, not wives [twain, only one partner]. And this is the highest standard of morality among married people. Let us read. Hebrews 13:4 says –

“Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”

So marriage is confined to only two contracting parties: the man and the woman, or the husband and the wife. There is no such thing in the Bible as marriage to more than one. It is not allowed. But there are religious books that say that you can get more than one wife. It’s directly contradicting the pure words of God in the Bible. And the very good example is the Book of Mormons. In their Doctrine and Covenants they have this to say:

According to Joseph Smith, which I will call a false prophet, this is a revelation that he received from God. I know that Joseph Smith has his god and his god is not the God of the Bible. I do not even want to call this group The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints. With the standards of morality in the Bible the Mormons cannot be considered saints. Pardon me for saying these words.

Saints in the Bible are those who obey the rules of sainthood. And one of those rules is to have only one wife. Having two wives will not make marriage honorable and the bed undefiled as Hebrew 13:4 says. Marrying more than one woman defiles the bed. Let us read in the book of Romans 7:2-3, it says –

“For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.”

So it is clear in the verse that if a woman, or in the case of the man also, marries another while the husband or the wife is living, the woman will be called an adulteress, likewise the man. It is clear in the book of Matthew 19:9

“And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.”

Marrying another when one of the parties is still living will fall into adultery. Of course there may be millions who believe in the Book of Mormons and nobody can question the integrity of these people. There are judges, there are lawyers and there are statesmen who belong to this group of people who believe that plurality of marriage, as taught in the Book of Mormons, is a true revelation from God. But it is not. It contradicts the word of God in the Bible. In the Bible, especially for bishops, or those that preach the gospel of Christ, only one wife is allowed. I Timothy 3:2 says –

“A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach;”

So if you get two wives then you are not blameless. Just like what happened to Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, the first two leaders of the Mormon Church that exists now in so many parts of the world. Brigham Young had 25 wives; 48 for Joseph Smith. They did not even abide by the revelation that they claim to have received from God. The revelation alleges that you can have only ten wives. But because of their greed for women and their lust, Joseph Smith had 48 and Brigham Young 25. Why do I say that the standard of morality in the Bible is far more excellent than any other book of religion, especially if we are going to compare it with the Book of Mormons? First, you have to know my intention. I’m not trying to destroy anybody’s reputation. But I have read that there was an apostle of the Mormon Church who claimed that their Book of Mormons is more correct and excellent than the Bible. This is what they have to say:

Although it was said before my time, before I was born, I’m concerned about this for my fellowmen. Why? This is a blasphemous statement because it places the words of Joseph Smith far more superior than the word of God, and that is blasphemy. God tells us the highest standard of morality in the life of a married person – to have only one wife. Joseph Smith tells us that it can be ten, especially if they are virgins. But Joseph Smith himself did not follow such revelation. He accumulated 48 wives and most of them were not virgins. They were wives of his co-ministers in their church. Imagine, is there morality in there? Let us ask a former Mormon member. What is the first problem they encounter when they abide by the wrong teachings of the Book of Mormons? Number one is jealousy.

We are informed by the Bible and it was mentioned earlier that the word of God is a discerner of truth. It pierces to the thoughts and to the heart of a man. What is jealousy according to the Bible? The Bible defines jealousy as wisdom from demons. It is satanic. Let us read in the book of Proverbs 6:34

“For jealousy is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance.”

Jealousy is a form of anger or rage that will spare not when it finds time for vengeance. History bears evidences and proofs of this powerful word of God. There are those who kill their husband or their wife because of jealousy. No Mormon member will say that they do not feel this human emotion, jealousy. And this is something that Mormons cannot hide. It was a confession from a former member of the Mormons. If you are under one roof and there are ten wives, you are wives of only one man, you will see the unfairness and the inequitableness of the treatment because no man can treat ten wives equitably and exactly fair. Jacob or Israel had only four wives but his love is more on Rachel than the other three. And there was jealousy also among the children of Israel. It’s the reason why Joseph the Dreamer was sold or maltreated by his eleven brothers, because of jealousy. Jealousy in polygamy is very rampant not only among the wives but also among the children. If you are one of the ten wives of your husband and each of you has five children then you will be a family of more than fifty. How can jealousy be prevented among those fifty coming from different wombs? So polygamy and the plurality of marriage give way for satan because jealousy came from satan. James 3:16, 15 (Revised Standard Version) says

“For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice.

This wisdom is not such as comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, devilish.”

If you must believe, it is better to believe in James the brother of our Lord Jesus Christ than to believe in the false prophets of the Mormons. Jealousy is devilish. It’s satanic and it is the product of the plurality of marriage or polygamy. Proving once again that what God have said is the utmost truth about human passions and human emotions. And if you have only one wife and living by the standards of God’s word, a loving husband to your wife, and a wife that subjects herself to her husband, Ephesians 5:23-28 :

“For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.”

Then the family ties and values are intact and there is no place like home if the home is where the word of God and its morality dwells. Coming home to a home with women competing to be a desirable wife for only one man and with children competing to be heirs of the riches of only one man is just like coming home to hell. You may comment and suggest and add to what has been laid in this article.

May God bless you.

    • granting that it is so, but you cannot erase the fact that it is one of the main doctrines of the LDS, which is written in their so called Doctrines & Covenants.

  1. Two thumbs up.I couldn’t help but to thank and praise God to such wisdom again provided by Him in the person of Bro Eli…Wow,wow, wow…It is very very clear. It’s like a well delivered speech infront of a huge crowd.
    God bless you Bro Eli…

  2. Moral standard written in the Holy Bible is incomparable with the Book of Morons.

Man’s concept on moral codes are often complex, having faint definitions of right and wrong involving one’s culture, values, ethics, or judgment.

But when it comes to the Bible, every word of God is exact and sure.

People will not be caught in the middle of their doubts, asking what is good and what’s not.

Of course, that’s only if they will be getting exact biblical answers from someone as astute as Bro. Eli Soriano.

  3. May the BLESSINGS and GRACE of GOD be always with you Bro Eli, Bro Daniel, members of the MCGI, and fellow bloggers. To us who were fortunate enough to be gifted by GOD with the TRUTH through the biblical teachings of Bro Eli and Bro Daniel, there is no doubt that the Bible has the highest code of morality. While the mormons, the inc ni manalo, and other fake churches have different claims and doctrines, which are merely for their own commercial and fleshy interests, we at the true CHURCH OF GOD realize and accept Bro Eli’s biblical and radical reasons to say that the Bible is the book with the highest code of morality. Numerous books available are written by people who copied some passages or were inspired by the verses in the Bible. From past to present accounts, especially in the New Testament, the highest moral standards are mentioned. Some people claim certain books have good moral values, but we say the Bible (inspired by GOD HIMSELF) has no equal when it comes to morality, just as GOD’s thoughts and ways are far far greater than that of a human being. in the same way that the heavens is of unfathomable human distance and height compared to earth. To those who may not comprehend the truth on this topic, I suggest that you keep on following Bro Eli’s blog and you might have the mercy and gift of knowing the TRUTH from GOD, the same way that the multitude of us who became members of the CHURCH OF GOD, coming from the fake and commercialized churches learned. Bro Eli and Bro Daniel, please go on and on. The hardships and persecutions from the enemy, supported by some corrupt high Philippine government officials will never prevail.

  4. sir, i’m a catholic and i’ve began reading the bible ever since i came upon to know the Church of God, where in you were the minister, i was still in my elementary years that time and i’ve always believed without a doubt whatever that was told by you, but it was only for a few days that i read the bible when i was still in elementary, i grew up until college not opening the bible at all, but whatever it was that i had heard from you site out from the bible and explain i had been careful to follow all of it. When i was already in my 3rd year college, i got inspired to read the bible once more, but again, it was only for a while and at that time there were still such large parts of the bible i could not understand and i never dared to interpret it. i stopped reading again after that, still i was keen to follow what you had right from the beginning. Sometime during my 4th year college, i had an argument with a friend about God, he’s one with very little faith and loves philosophy so much, i managed to convince him, but somehow i knew that what i tried to convince him of was wrong, so once again, i was inspired to read the bible. This time, i could understand them, not because i’ve been interpreting them by myself, but i was letting the bible interpret itself by looking for the verses. i’ve understood a lot more than i ever did since i started reading the bible. i felt pity for those who did not know the words of God, and i felt that have to tell it to other people, so i wrote blogs about what i learned, from you and from what i’ve learned by reading.

that’s my site, i’m sure of what i’m writing and telling to other people, but i’m not sure if writing and telling it to other people without permission from anyone is right.

though i’ve learned that whatever i had heard in secret i was to proclaim at the rooftops and i should never be ashamed of God’s words,
i also learned that not all can be preachers, just as our body has different functions, so does the church of God.

i’ve been wanting to ask this question to you. i want to know if what i’m doing, writing all those blogs, might be wrong.

please tell me if i have to stop and i’ll stop. thank you.

  5. i just have a question to you bro eli. if god told you to murder children like in what god commanded in 1 sam 15:3, would you do it ?

  6. Very enlightening.

I hope that the wives of polygamous men, especially in the Mormon church, will be able to read this as soon as possible and realize how biblically wrong their doctrines and organizations are.

I also hope that they will seriously consider the kind of life that they are letting their children have, the kind of atmosphere they are growing up in–one of jealousy and hatred. Good parenting? Ask yourselves.

  7. to harvey:
i just have a question to you bro eli. if god told you to murder children like in what god commanded in 1 sam 15:3, would you do it ?

i know this question isn’t for me, but i’d just like to share some views.

in the old testament, God had already chosen people whom He calls His people, which are the Jews.
it was when Jesus sacrificed himself for us, that the Jews and Gentiles were reconciled.

    read Ephesians 2:11 – 19.

the partition between the Jews and non-Jews was broken through Christ.

they were reconciled because, as you have read the parable about the wedding:

    Matthew 22:2 – 14

where in the ones who had already been bidden to attend the wedding did not want to come, and so the king found them not worthy, and so he called forth as many as the servants can find, the good and the bad.

God found that most of His chosen people were not worthy, so with Jesus he then started to call both the Gentiles and the Jews.

    now you’re question,

If it had not been for Jesus, God will command it to His people now they will follow it. If i was one of those people whom God calls His people, i will follow what God wills.

but because with Jesus the New Covenant had already been made, God will never issue such a command anymore.

and if you hear someone say now that God told him to murder as in 1 samuel 15:3.. he is delusional.LOL

  8. to harvey again:

we’re all just waiting for the second coming of Christ now.

Mat 13:24 Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man that sowed good seed in his field:

Mat 13:25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares also among the wheat, and went away.

Mat 13:26 But when the blade sprang up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

Mat 13:27 And the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst thou not sow good seed in thy field? whence then hath it tares?

Mat 13:28 And he said unto them, An enemy hath done this. And the servants say unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

Mat 13:29 But he saith, Nay; lest haply while ye gather up the tares, ye root up the wheat with them.

Mat 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather up first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn.

“Let both grow together until the harvest:”
the righteous should stay righteous until then.:))
    i’ve said too much.. sorry.:))

  9. there’s got to be some guys who must fulfill the prophecy at Matthew 24:11… woe to you smith, young, manalo, almeda,!

    thanks again bro. eli!

  10. Seth R. commented on Sept. 10 that the current LDS has not practised polygamy in almost 100 years. I can’t dispute this claim even if I believe, in all honesty, this is not true. There are recent sects such as the Foundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints headed by Warren Jeffs, who still follow Joseph Smith’s teachings on plural marriages. The fact is LDS has not forsaken this immoral doctrine. What’s keeping them from openly practising polygamy is that it is a crime in the USA. This does not mean the practise has totally ceased.

  11. The Bible is a complete source of basis for everything that people need to know to be saved. It’s just that others claiming to be “pastors” and “preachers” doesn’t understand God’s words in the Bible.

Blessed are we because we have Bro. Eli Soriano who guides and teaches us God’s word. Every entry in his blog will always unlock mysteries and open knowledge in the Bible.

  12. “All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.” (Prov 8:8-9)

Thank you for sharing this article Bro Eli!

  13. to harvey who posted last September 28, 2008:

ruark is just telling you that in the bible the laws murder children is to be executed BY the israelites, NOT by the gentiles, since GOD told King Saul to kill all Amalakites (a tribe of people that are considered an enemy of Israel), this include the animals too. I repeat the verse you red is about GOD telling King Saul and his army to kill not just children, but all Amalakites. Since children today are do not belong to the Amalakite tribe, DO NOT KILL! If you kill, you are transgressing the word of GOD. In the bible, there are laws suitable for birds, water, cattle, the sky, etcetera though many of them are not written in the bible because the bible’s focus is laws for men to follow in order to be saved, and acoording to the bible the laws written are enough. Since there are laws for all beings to follow, of course there are laws for us to follow. The law said by GOD to Saul and company are to be follow just for that time. God didn’t say that this law will be there for good so after the slaughter, the law will be abolished. This simply doesn’t mean that all laws of GOD will end that fast because there are certain laws of GOD that will remain in service till the end of the world, even though we cannot hide the fact the there are laws in the bible that has their own deadline of expiration, like for example the ten commandments. Read the bible, there you will find the true light.

    Hello ruark,

So are you saying that God laws are not absolute?
Does this mean that God changed his mind?

    um… so…

i am not saying that God’s laws are not absolute… i’m sorry if what i said led you to think that…

God’s laws ARE absolute… but only up until the point He chooses to change it or improves it… it clearly shows in the bible.. so i do not need to say it for myself… and i cannot say that I am saying it..

    see here…

Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then would no place have been sought for a second.

God found that the first covenant was NOT faultess, so He chose to make a second covenant.
that’s one of the reasons why there’s an old testament and a new

up until the day before the second covenant was made,
the first covenant WAS absolute… it was, by any means, should be followed COMPLETELY…

but then the second covenant was made, after God found that it was NOT faultless… that changes things… which means that the second covenant is now much better than the first.

Now this 2nd covenant that we have here, that Jesus had left to us.. is absolute..

i’m saying is… God dictates, when it comes to HIS laws… which is absolute or which should be changed if He wishes to..

Now you asked if it meant that God changed his mind…

    before i answer that…
Who has the right to say what God can and can’t do? Nobody has the right to say what God can and can’t do. God can do what ever He WANTS provided that He really wants to…

God found that the people He chose a long time ago were not worthy… after a long time of trying to make them all become worthy, God changed his mind and stopped focusing just on those people He chose.. but He opened the doors for everyone..

He opened the doors for everyone and anyone to be a “candidate” who will be worthy of His kingdom. I’ve already sited the verses from the bible.. about the parable of the wedding feast.

that’s all, i think… i might have had forgotten to address an i issue you want me to address, so feel free to tell me i’ve forgotten something.:) i’d be glad to say i’m sorry and thank you for reminding me.:)

  15. This is the reaction of SethR:

The current LDS Church has not practiced polygamy in almost 100 years.

    Now my question to SethR:

Do you think your group is of God when part of your doctrines is that your God will allow the practice of polygamy? Your leaders arepolygamous??? Is that Godly???

The Bible is very specific to whom one should cleave to a group which is of God. Please read:

Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Abhor that which is evil… are your leaders of evil when they are polygamous? Do they cleave to that which is good? Are you cleaving to that which is good?

The Church of God, from the start, abbhor the practice of polygamy.

The LDS Church practiced, as you have written, practiced polygamy? Can that organization be of God?

I believe you know the right answer.

There is group in the Bible which is of God… THE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS.

Nowhere in the Bible you will find such group named THE MORMON CHURCH????

May God help you change heart join the right group for your salvation.

    Welcome and we love you!

    Bro. dominik

  16. The Bible is a complete book.

Seek ye out of the book of the Lord and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for My mouth it hath commanded and His spirit it hath gathered them.
    Isaiah 34:16

  17. What one has to be careful of in any discussion about morality pertaining to the bible is a legalistic or religiocentric approach to what is essentially a faith.

Remember that God first lived by a promise to Abraham, then the law came about since people had difficulty living sin free lives under that promise and the promise was eventually fulfilled through Jesus.

Too many Christians try to “buy” their way into heaven by living moral and decent lives.

True Christianity is based on the basic belief that Jesus died on the cross, taking the weight of the world’s sins on his shoulders and left our sin in the grave when He rose again.

I think morality comes as a consequence of believing. To explain myself : if you love God with all your heart and your neighbour, you don’t want to kill your neighbours or steal from them. Now that is out of love, not because a book tells you not to.

Jesus himself says that to look at a woman with lust is to commit the act of adultery. The fact is that man always falls short of the glory of God … and that is where the message of grace overtakes the message of morality. Jesus was trying to demonstrate that it is impossible for man to stick to the legalistic code set forth in the bible.

This does not in any way mean that I condone acts of immorality … quite the opposite is true. But I believe that people concentrate too strongly on the topic of living a moral life and completely ignore the issue of faith and living in the love of God.

Be careful that you don’t get bound too strongly into the law of the bible that you get blinded to its element of grace and forgivness.

And remember … obeying the law is not what saves you, it is your acceptance of Christ as your saviour. “Your offerings are as dirty rags before me”. You cannot win grace by your deeds.

Nor can you lose it … the parable of the lost son. Remember that under the new covenant we are children of God, not servants as in the old testament and our inheretance is secured by our faith, not by our deeds.

    • Antony Heij ,

The very reason why we encourage people to listen to Bro. Eli Soriano – to understand that faith and work must come together for salvation sake. Faith alone cannot save you.

Jame 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Hope you will give more tie to listen to Bro. Eli Soriano and keep reading his most awarded blog.

  18. “and thus god spake unto troy to say: we should all get along! ”

just because someone wrote in the bible “thus god spake unto” right before their words doesn’t mean they didn’t lie. this isn’t evidence of anything. you’re just assuming that the people who wrote in the bible wouldn’t dare cross that line.

hmm, it seems your only evidence for other texts being wrong is that they contradict things in the bible. if all other doctrines had the exact same beliefs, but with different words, would they be acceptable?

“for the husband is the head of the wife” that sounds really nice, but unfortunately, man and woman are equal. you could even make the argument that women are superior because they create life, and in fact in science now they can impregnate a woman with DNA from another woman. so us men are almost obsolete.

Please don’t delete my comments, I would love to have a conversation sometime. Much love! =D

    • To Troy Bagnell,

First and foremost, God will not give His word to idiot person and liar! Do I need to elaborate? Just imagine yourself you are him, will you??

Basic is basic. Husband is the head of wife, talking about Christians here. Better listen to Bro. Eli Soriano, try sometimes.

  19. Friends, i know what you know is right, however, it is just not complete. you expound part of the bible but not the whole… you do not understand the mind of and will God because it is not yet revealed to you and so you focus your understanding so much on what is written on the bible. try to go beyond the bible, look to God as the living God and you will understand that you can not confine yourself what is written in the bible alone…. and you judge the mormons so quickly… you do not understand all of God’s dealings with his children in the past, now and forever… i can show you that one of God’s laws is plurality of wives although He only allows it at certain times and circumstances according to His will and time table.. and the mormons had no option but to obey the God of Israel even Jesus the Christ..

    • To Casinilloer,

Our basis is the Bible, and the only Bible.

1Corinthians 4:6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

Mormons pick up what will make their flesh happy. If they are of God, they will not allow multiple marriage, as simple as that.

  20. sir,, i’m a member of the mormon church,,(mawalang galang po) LDS church dont practice the plural marriage upon this time,,,the issue on this is not pluaral marriage because it is already removed by the church.

    • Elvin Jerome,

Granting without accepting that your church – LDS do not practice or already removed plural marriage, does it mean you belong already to the TRUE CHURCH?? Think again Elvin. Read the Bible and compare to your doctrine, as simple as that.
