GALATIANS 5:4

“Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.” 

This is the verse most misinterpreted by Baptists and (allegedly) Born Again preachers! They teach that obedience to the commandments is not necessary for salvation, followed by a blatant misconception that if you are of Christ whatever happens and whatever you may do, even to the extent of sinning grave sins, will not affect your salvation!

All these misinterpretations and misconceptions sum up to a satanic process of producing children of hell!

MATTHEW 23:15

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.”

It is a fact that there are now religious groups that convert people to be sinners rather than be obedient Christians!

II PETER 2:18-19

“¹⁸ For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

¹⁹ While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.”

Every kind of sin can possibly be committed by those who blindly accept these erroneous teachings of Baptists ministers and their cohorts! These all started from a false prophet from France in the 16^th century. John Calvin had started the notion of predestination, now a doctrine and a series of other false doctrines. They include the Doctrine Irresistible Grace, and the Doctrine is Eternal Security. The following are written about this man:

“Calvin saw salvation differently than Martin Luther or the Roman Catholic Church. He taught that God divides humanity into two groups: the Elect, who will be saved and go to heaven, and the Reprobates, or damned, who will spend eternity in hell. This doctrine is called predestination.”

“Instead of dying for the sins of everyone, Jesus Christ died only for the sins of the Elect, Calvin said. This is called Limited Atonement or Particular Redemption.

The Elect, according to Calvin, cannot resist God’s call to salvation upon them. He called this doctrine Irresistible Grace.”

“Finally, Calvin differed totally from Lutheran and Catholic theology with his doctrine of Perseverance of the Saints. He taught “once saved, always saved.” Calvin believed that when God began the process of sanctification on a person, God would keep at it until that person was in heaven. Calvin said no one could lose their salvation. The modern term for this doctrine is eternal security.”

In contrast, from inspired Scriptures, no verse says that anyone is predestined by God to spend eternity in hell! I dare all followers of the false prophet (FP) John Calvin who propagate his teachings to answer me!

It is not God’s will that anyone should perish! Why would He predestine anyone to hell?

II PETER 3:9

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”  

It is God’s will that all men be saved!

I TIMOTHY 2:4

“Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” 

Nowhere in the Bible did God say that He had divided humanity into two: Elect and Reprobates.

Such division will not come until the judgment day, and ONLY after God had sufficiently given everyone the freedom and chance of choosing between good and evil and live with it!

MATTHEW 25:31-45

^“31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

³² And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

³³ And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

³⁴ Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

³⁵ For I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

³⁶ Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

³⁷ Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

³⁸ When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

₃₉ Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

The predestination taught in the Bible is this:

EPHESIANS 1:5

“Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,”

EPHESIANS 1:11

“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:”

In other words, the predestination to be children of God by adoption! In fact, there is no verse that uses the word “προορίζω” (proorizō) or predetermine, (in the sense of being destined to damnation) that can be found in the entire King James Version of the Scriptures! See also Romans 8:29-30:

ROMANS 8:29

^“29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

^“30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

How about Judas Iscariot? Was he predestined to damnation?

JOHN 13:18

“I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.”

The truth is that when the Lord Jesus Christ said, “It is finished.” He did not say that sin is finished! Nor did his death end sin or “era of sin.” Sin did not refer to the pronoun, it, but to His given task at that moment. Moreover, did His death put an end to the law? Is He not rather the end of the law? And what law ended in Him?

Let us learn from the truth of the Scriptures and not from the mouth of Miranda!

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”  (John 19:30)

What was finished? 

The word used in Greek is “τελέω”, translated into English “finished”.

Notice that the given meaning is to end, complete, execute, accomplish, etc. What was ended or accomplished?

“Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.” (Hebrews 10:7) 

It is the will of God written in the volume of the book concerning Him that He must finish and fulfill, execute and accomplish!

“And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.” (Luke 24:44) 

Christ never meant that what was finished is sin! Sin will be on earth since its inception from Adam until the Day of Judgment.

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”  (Romans 5:12) 

It is precisely because of sin that this world will see God’s wrath at the end!

“And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogance of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.” (Isaiah 13:11) 

“Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.” (Zephaniah 1:18) 

This will happen in the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ! 

“¹⁴ And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

¹⁵ To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (Jude 1:14-15) 

Even the members of the true church in the Bible were admonished by the Apostle Paul to see to it that they be found guiltless in the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

“¹¹ For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

¹² Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

¹³ Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ;” (Titus 2:11-13) 

“⁷ so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Followers of Miranda believe that whatever they do they will no longer commit sin!

Members of the true church in the Bible, after the death and resurrection of Christ, believe that they may still commit sin, contrary to the interpretation of Miranda!

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:” (I John 2:1) 

“But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.” (Galatians 2:17) 

“If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.” (I John 5:16) 

These preceding verses clearly show us that sin has existed and still exists in the world even after the death of the Lord Jesus Christ.

To understand the things spiritual we must understand the collateral physical of it.

JOHN 3:12

If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? 

The intent of the Lord Jesus Christ in teaching or explaining things physical is for people to realize the spiritual side of it. Just like in the case of food, there is a saying devised through human experience that goes, “The nearest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” This may sound true, but spiritual food, in the dimension of expressed or written words, goes directly to the heart – unlike physical food.

MATTHEW 15:17

Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? 

The verse above speaks of the route of physical food: to the mouth, into the belly and out.

Conversely, the spiritual does not enter through the mouth but through the ear!

JOB 34:3

For the ear trieth words, as the mouth tasteth meat. 

And goes directly to the heart.

The route then of spiritual food is: through the ear to the heart.

PSALMS 119:11

Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. 

Thus, the physical collateral has its spiritual primary – truth and its inherent wisdom.

To exemplify, nature has it that in the physical realm the sources of light that illuminate the earth shine from the east. Both the sun and the moon shine from the east!

GENESIS 1:14-19

¹⁴ And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

¹⁵ And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

¹⁶ And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

From the east also, in parallel manner as the rising of the sun will the spiritual primary rise – the sun of righteousness and truth!

MALACHI 4:2

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

MALACHI 1:11

For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts.

Hence, the incense prophesied in the Malachi verse is not the physical incense of the Catholic Church. It refers to something of a higher dimension being offered to the name of God in the prophecy – the prayers and praises of the people of God.

REVELATION 5:8(RSV)

And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and with golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints; 

Likewise, the saints offering incense or prayers are not saints of the Catholic Church but members of the Church of God.

I CORINTHIANS 1:1-2

¹Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,

²Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

Thus, the true preaching of salvation will originate from the east and going forward to the west, never from the west to the east – as the Lord has declared in these several passages.

ZECHARIAH 8:7

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;

These are because the people of God will exist at the time of the end according to the prophecy. And it is among these people – from the east – where the wise will come from.

DANIEL 12:4, 9-10

⁴But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

⁹And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

¹⁰ Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

The wise who will understand the prophecy will be instrumental in turning many to righteousness which group will form the people of God at the time of the end! These wise men will originate from the east; because they will shine as the “brightness of the firmament.”

DANIEL 12:3

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.

Remember that the lights that illuminate the earth shine from the east!

Earlier, we said understanding the physical requires a reckoning with the spiritual because God’s wisdom is vast. We cannot emphasize this enough.

In the past passages as in this verse of Daniel’s book, we note that the physical collateral (wise men) and the spiritual primary (sun of righteousness) reflect upon each other as sureties or warrants. Where one is, the other is sure to be present. 

For this we are ever grateful to God Almighty, because He had willed that this group be formed from the east exactly at the time of the end as prophesied by the Bible! AMEN!

THE ROMANS 16:3-4

To lay down one’s life not only for a preacher but for the least of the brethren in Christ is not being fanatic, or a cultist. It is an act of love!

I JOHN 3:16

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Thomas, James (There were two James elected to be apostles), Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, and Simon the Canaanite, were all sent by God but they did not write like the other apostles!

MATTHEW 10:2-6

2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;

3 Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus whose surname was Thaddaeus;

4 Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

PHILIPPIANS 2:25-26, 30

25 Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labor, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.

26 For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that ye had heard that he had been sick.

30 Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.

Epaphroditus, because of his services to the Apostle Paul, got sick near death.

When I asked OdanMatig-a, “Is dying for the apostles a wrong reason?” the Biblical answer must be NO! But Winnie butted in and went out of the way and said that to die for me and my wrong belief is not a good reason.

The point of contention is what OdanMatig-a previously said-

“The Catholics during the Roman Empire died for their faith in Christ and not for the apostles.”

OdanMatig-a is wrong because there were Christians who were willing to die for the apostles!

But Winnie stood for him and said:

“OdanMatig-a is right in the sense that, people should not be ready to die for wrong reason.”

Answer: OdanMatig-a did not say that, “…people should not be ready to die for wrong reason.”

What he said was: “The Catholics during the Roman Empire died for their faith in Christ and not for the apostles.”

Then came my (Bro. Eli) question: “Is dying for the apostles a wrong reason?” 

Who then is out of context? YOU! Both of you! 

Is dying for the apostles a wrong reason as OdanMatig-a claimed? Definitely NO!

So also Christ glorified not himself to be made a high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today have I begotten thee. 

Notice that God the Father did not pronounce this even unto one of all the angels!

HEBREWS 1:5

For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

Let me say that I may be considered “a” son of God through adoption.

THE ROMANS 8:15-16

15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

But I am not “the” true Son of God.

The true Son of God is the Lord Jesus Christ!

MATTHEW 16:13-17

13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?

14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elijah; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.

15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Anyone who claims that he is the Son of God with the definite article “the” is a liar. Let us look at this claim.

When the Bible said that love of money is “a” root of all evil, it is precisely true because love of money is not “the” root of all evil.

I TIMOTHY 6:10 (ASV)

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil: which some reaching after have been led astray from the faith, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 

It is true that love of money can be “a” root of all evil, but it will not be precisely true to say that love of money is “the” root of all evil.

Satan became evil not because of love of money, but because he coveted power that does not belong to him!  He wanted to be equal with God.

ISAIAH 14:12-14

12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

When he became evil, money was not yet in use.  If money can be a root of all evil, the truth is there are other roots of evil aside from love of money. When the Bible said that money is “a” root of all evil it is an irrefutable truth. My point is, even the use of articles in a sentence greatly affects the truth!

MATTHEW 5:18

Someone claiming to be the Son of God like Apollo Quiboloy is not telling the truth, but is deceiving people.

The Lord Jesus, according to the Bible, is the only begotten Son of God.  For anyone to claim such an honor, their glory is not glory but shame.

PROVERBS 25:27

It is not good to eat much honey: so for men to search their own glory is not glory.

The first century Christians were taught to lay down their lives or “be ready to die” for their brethren.

II TIMOTHY 4:4

Being carried away from truth to fables is not as simple as it may seem. It is caused by some hidden and complicated matters, some of which are rejection of truth, the work of an unseen enemy, and pleasures of the flesh!

II THESSALONIANS 2:11-12

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

There’s a host of unseen enemies convincing people to transgress the truth!

EPHESIANS 2:2

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

The pleasures of the flesh brought about by sin easily convince people to deviate from the truth.

HEBREWS 11:24-25

24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;

25Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; 

It is by his true faith in God that Moses was able to overcome the call of sin.

The truth is simple!

T-R-U-T-H is spelled by the word of God! The entirety of the Word of God!

When He said, “Call no man your father upon the earth…,” He was speaking of spiritual things. He did not mean that we cannot call “father” the father of our flesh or of our physical being.

HEBREWS 12:9

Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

Catholic popes and priests are not our fathers in the flesh unless they have the courage to accept that they have fathered some of us – and in a very secretive manner! If they are not fathers in the flesh, why do they let their subjects call them father? Spiritually speaking, only the Father in heaven is our spiritual father whom we may religiously address as Father.

MATTHEW 6:9

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 

There were times when the Lord Jesus Christ addressed His disciples as “children,” but never did He allow them to call Him Father! There is no instance recorded in the Bible wherein the Christians called Him Father. He was addressed as “Lord”, “God”, “Master” and “Teacher,” but never “Father” because He prohibited them to call Him such!

The apostles addressed some Christians as “sons in faith” but never allowed these people to call them “Father”.

Catholic priests and leaders are called by their members in a manner of utmost respect which they have dictated to them. They include many titles including “Monsignor” which means “My lord.” This is shamelessly more excessive than they call the Father in the prayer, “Our Father.” It is utterly a blatant disrespect to the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Notice the simple truth my beloved readers. In “Our Father, which art in heaven…” the word Father is simply “Father”! But when Catholics address their priests they call them:

1. Reverend father
2. Very Reverend father
3. Most Reverend father
4. Most Holy father

Why are the titles in adjectives and adverbs in the superlative degree? Because these catholic priests and leaders had commanded their members to call them such.
