ASK BRO. ELI

Is it possible to serve God without having any mistakes or sins? Because it is written that if you’re not pure or perfect, there is no way you can be with God for all eternity.
Please answer… to God be the glory!
Dear Raymond Lee Quijano,
Sins that we commit if we are in the side of Christ are being blotted out by God (Romans 4:7-8; 1 John 2:1-2). The term the Bible uses is ‘justified’ through faith in Jesus (Acts 13:39). Maybe you will ask me who are those that are in Jesus’ side. Ans: Those that are in the Church of God (1Corinthians 1:2; Acts 20:28). That Church is qualified to enter heaven because it is the entity that was cleansed by God’s process and by the blood of Christ (Ephesians 5:26-27)
Bro. Eli,
What can you say about the theory that Jesus was born on September 11th? An archeologist named Ernest L. Martin suggested that on September 11 in 3 BC, the moon moved in a rare pattern with Venus generating the Star of Betlehem.
I am not sure about this. What I am sure of is that Jesus wasn’t born in December. Thanks.
blackendgray
Dear blackendgray,
The possible date of the birth of Christ is on the last week of September or the first week of October. The information was given by Luke in chapter 1 of the book of Luke. It tells us that saint Elizabeth became pregnant when Zechariah, her husband, was serving in the temple. And the probable date that Zechariah’s (who belongs to the tribe of Abijah) service in the temple is on the fourth month of the Jewish calendar. In 1 Chronicles 24:10, we know that his tribe was called to serve on the temple in the one year cycle. They were the eight tribe out of twenty-four, so he must be there on the fourth month of the Jewish calendar. If Elizabeth became pregnant that month, and if her son, John the Baptist, is six months older than our Lord Jesus Christ, then the Lord must have been born fifteen months after — and that will fall on the last week of September or the first week of October.
bro eli, my question is,, is it sinful that a husband and wife having phonesex coz they are far from each other, im sorry to ask this coz one of my friend were doing this, are they commiting sin?
Dear brader,
As long as both man and woman are legally wedded husband and wife, they can do just about anything that the bible permits them to do (1 Corinthians 7:1-5). The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.”
brother Eli is it possible that God would create another forms of life after human era?
Dearest Bro Eli,
What do you think is the best kind of water to drink during fasting? purified water, miniral water, spring, or pi water?
ivan
Dear ivandteribble,
To date, distilled water is the best kind of water to drink when fasting or cleansing the body due to its so-called ‘inherent’, magnetic properties. Distilled water has the ability to absorb larger mounts of toxins and flush them out of the body. The believed value of mineral water is a ‘misconception’. The inorganic minerals are like large boulders to the cellular membrane; making it very hard to assimilate. Thus, making distilled water the best choice when going on a fast.
Dear bro. Eli,
What is the best profession here in the world on our time that a man could choose for his dear life according to the BIBLE?
Are there human existing today that can see the future or can can have an idea at least for his life in the future?
What can you say about the term “deja vu”?
The term “déjà vu” (IPA:/deʒa vy/) (French for “already seen”, also called paramnesia) describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.
Is this BIBLICAL?
Dear bro. jeff,
We can not exactly say what God will do after the end of the human race. But the Bible tells us that there are wonderful things incomparable with what we have known — being prepared by God for those who love him. It is recorded in I Corinthians 2:9, which says:
But as it is written, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,” nor has it entered into the heart of man, “the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
Dear jjhay34@yahoo.com,
The prophets are special human being who has had a glimpse of the future; like Daniel, Ezekiel, and many others. John, the beloved disciple, has seen, in vision, what exactly will happen at the end of the world (Revelation 1:11, 19). Aside from the prophets, ordinary human, like us, are not gifted to see the future; even the things that happens to our own lives (Proverbs 27:1); So, our Lord commanded us not to be confident of planning and doing our own thing without first trusting on the divine providence (James 4:13-14). Fortune tellers, tarot card readers, and crystal balls soothsayers are only just guessing and are misleading people: Deuteronomy 8:10-12 prohibits such activities. We must trust on God, and not on what horoscopes and soothsayers say. There are ways in the Bible by which we can be certain of our future (Psalms 37:37).
Bro.Eli,
Is it possible that Adam will live longer than 930yrs. if he did not commit sin?
Dear jjhay34@yahoo.com,
The feeling that you are experiencing something that seems to have happened with you in the past does not mean that you really have experienced it before. The human mind is capable of imagining things which are not realities. There are many illusions that may come in the mind of a person. The Bible tells us the proper use of our thinking power (Romans 12:3). There are sometimes ‘premonitions’; and the proof that they are not realities is that they miss. We must not live in illusions and premonitions. The lives that we have to live must conform to God’s will and commandments. Man only live once on earth, die only once, and will be judge once (Hebrews 9:27). Déjà vu is Satan’s device to mislead people and to take away the trust and confidence that he owes to have on his Creator.
Dear Jay,
It is absolutely possible for Adam to live more than 930 years even if he did not committed sin. Methuselah, a righteous man, lived 969 years — sixteen years more than Adam. In the biblical logic, man can live even longer than Methuselah. If trees (like the giant sequoia trees in California) can live to 3000 to 5000 years, can man not find favor in the sight of God to live longer than trees? Scientifically speaking, the body has the power to heal itself and to regenerate the cells that comprise the entire human body. It is a continues process that can go on and on even for thousands of years. Life, now, is short; and we are now wondering how we can live a thousand years. Man’s immune system is powerful enough to rid the human body of all the diseases that affects all of humanity today, but, it is not like that three to five thousand years ago. Pollutants, toxic materials, toxic air, toxic food and water have dramatically reduced the capabilities of our body’s immune system. AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is the proof that there are now people living with viruses in them that have cost the deterioration of the immune system. The prevalence of auto-immune diseases like rheumatism is another proof.
The Earth is not as hostile 5000 years ago as it is now. The Earth, then, can be a cradle for a healthful life because it has everything in it to sustain life and not like at present — that our very atmosphere is very hostile for human life. The Earth and its glorious environment was destroyed by the recklessness of man (Revelations 11:18).
Dear jjhay34@yahoo.com,
The best profession there is is where you can give the best of your ability in the performance thereof; and it depends upon your capacity and the gift that God gives to every human being (Romans 12:6). When I was young, I have always dreamed of becoming a scientist, a chemical engineer, or a lawyer, but, now, I found myself doing a task which I did not personally choose, but, I believe the Almighty have chosen me to perform this (John 15:16).
Bro.Eli, when Jesus Christ crucified in the cross…what is happening in heaven(kingdom of God)?
Dear kuyakoy06 & carlopags,
The face of the heavens, the horizon, was darkened when the Lord Jesus Christ was about to die on the cross (Luke 23:44); but it does not mean that there is extreme sorrows in heaven as others say.
Anyone that does the will of God pleases him; and Anyone that transgress His will gives God the feeling of displeasure (Proverbs 15:8; Psalms 38:1).
A person can, at one time, can experience the feeling of pleasure and displeasure; of sadness and joy. In a graduation ceremony, a graduate is glad that he or she had accomplished his or her dream of being what he or she wanted to be; but at the same time, is sad because he or she will be separated from his or her friends and beloved schoolmates. When my mother died, I have a feeling of mixed emotions. I am saddened by the death of my mother because I love her very much; but at the same time, I am happy because she will now have her well-deserved rest before the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I believe that she will be one of those who will be resurrected in the last day to inherit eternal life.
The same possibility can be happening in heaven or in the kingdom of God, the time that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was about to die on the cross, God is pleased because finally, His will that mankind be redeemed from sins was accomplished by His beloved Son. He also is sorry, and saddened at the same time because of the rejection of the wicked and their crime which caused the pain and agony of God’s beloved Son (Matthew 6:10; John 3:19-20; Hebrews 5:7-9).

Please enlighten me on relationships/marriages that begin as penfriends/penpals or through advertisements. is this kind of courtship or means of meeting people violates any of God’s word?
Thank you for taking time to answer. May God keep you safe wherever you are.
Jesus said “No one comes to the Father but by me” but when we pray we our addressing it to the Father. If we are to direct our prayers to the Father, how can we reconcile this with what Jesus said “No one comes to the Father but by me”?
Dear just curios,
1. Either University of the Philippines or Harvard, USA taking up law.
2. I would be one on Earth…now.
My wish will be: that all believers be drawn to Christ for their salvation.
(Ephesian 1:10; John 11:52)
Dear Shiela,
Marriage set through ‘penpals’ or the internet is not being advised by the Bible. There are prohibitions in courtship. There is a prohibition in courtship stated in Proverbs 22:24 which says:
“Make no friendship with an angry man; and you shall not go up with a man of fury”
It is not possible to know if a person is furious or angry in letters and the internet. But if you have met one, through these means, spend some time discovering his/her characters (personally) before you get married.
bro eli you is the greatest evangelist in this time
