Thank you so much Bro Eli, your advice to a diabetic sister is also applicable to many other brethrens with the same affliction. While you had undeniably fed the flock with the heavenly spiritual ‘bread’ continuously, your vast knowledge on health and many things you share with us has benefited many, spiritually and physically. By giving your inputs on how to be healthy and fit, I thank the LORD unceassingly, because from a 90kg overweight obese person that I was for so many years, taking assorted pills and tablets, I am now only 70 kg without any medicine, except for a simple regular excercise and attendance to our CHURCH OF GOD Thanksgiving, Prayer Meeting, and Worship services. GOD IS GREAT AND POWERFUL.
